Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career within the property industry, providing comprehensive training and support. The successful candidate will assist in managing lettings processes, engaging with clients, and supporting the wider team to ensure smooth property transactions. A positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Duties

Assist with the management of lettings enquiries and viewings, ensuring a professional client experience
Liaise with landlords and tenants to facilitate property viewings and negotiations
Maintain accurate records of property listings, viewings, and client interactions
Conduct administrative tasks such as updating databases, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
Contribute to marketing activities to promote available properties through various channels
Property and site inspections on requests
Provide general support to the lettings team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

Experience

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital for engaging with clients and team members
Multilingual abilities are advantageous in serving a diverse client base
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property industry and negotiation processes
