Senior MSK Clinician
Full Time/Part Time
Salary £34,724 to £43,445 depending on experience
Location: Central Bedfordshire, Bedford, Luton, Milton Keynes
This is an exciting opportunity to be Senior MSK Clinician within an integrated community MSK and pain service based in Bedford/Central Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes!
Cora Health have been delivering community MSK services in Milton Keynes since 2018. Following a recent procurement process, Cora Health’s service delivery will be expanded across BLMK from October 1st, 2026. This is an opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary team during an exciting phase of growth.
Services will be delivered from a range of healthcare, wellness and leisure centre venues across BLMK. There will be opportunities to work a varied timetable from locations that are locally accessible to colleagues and the communities we serve.
What are we looking for?
Open to Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors the BLMK service are looking for a well-organised Senior MSK Clinician who value to deliver high quality clinical care for people with musculoskeletal conditions.
You’ll undertake comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients with a wide variety of MSK needs, you must formulate, deliver, review and progress individual treatment programmes and ensure effective treatment, specialist advice and timely discharge are achieved.
We are dedicated in delivering the highest level of patient care, in the most efficient and cost-effective way, with re-investment to ensure services are sustainable. If you’re able to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, committed to CPD and have the desire to develop yourself and the service, with a keen eye on improving patient care, then we’d be keen to hear from you.
Our interview process consists of a video assessment following your application then a traditional interview with the hiring team. This is competency-based and will seek to provide opportunity for you to demonstrate working at a suitable level across the pillars of practice.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be positive, constructive and approachable, along with being registered with the appropriate professional body (HCPC, GOsC, GCC). We are looking for you to manage a varied caseload of MSK patients, as well as the ability to work under pressure and being committed to CPD.
You should have the desire to facilitate improvement in yourself and the service. You will have excellent and confident communication skills with both patients and colleagues alike. You may have experience of working within the NHS, Public or Private Sector, bringing transferrable skills to Cora.
You will carry out tasks with fairness and integrity at all times; along with being well organised, conscientious and capable of working collaboratively with the team.
The majority of clinical diaries, patient notes and patient support resources are administered electronically and as such you’ll have good IT skills and be willing to embrace innovation and technological advances that improve service delivery.

What you will bring to the role...

Previous experience in delivering musculoskeletal services with tangible results and commitment to providing excellent, personalised care.
- A deep understanding of the impact of Musculoskeletal pain in the wider community and how collaborative working across the local system enables prevention and addresses health inequalities.
- Current valid registration with your relevant professional body or equivalent regulator (HCPC, GOsC, SST or BASraT)
- Outstanding values that underpin clinical expertise and people management
- Proven track record of influencing patients, people, commissioners, and pathways
- Understand, influence and drive quality of audits and the integration of EBP.
- Educational acuity in developing and providing specialist teaching in Musculoskeletal
- Strong desire and drive to deliver innovation and lead on change.
- Experience of developing team members
