Due to continued expansion, 3D-Aesthetics is looking for an exceptional Full-Time Aesthetic Practitioner to join our growing clinical team.
This is a unique opportunity to work across our two flagship clinics in Leamington Spa and Knowle, offering a varied and rewarding role within one of the UK’s most established aesthetic organisations.

About the Role
This is a hybrid position, working across both our Leamington Spa and Knowle clinics. Your working locations will always be planned and organised in advance, providing variety while maintaining consistency for both you and your clients.
You will deliver a wide range of advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional consultations, clinical care and ongoing treatment planning.
Unlike many high-volume clinics, we prioritise quality over quantity. We do not operate a “bums on seats” model. Every appointment is allocated the time needed to deliver outstanding care, achieve the best possible outcomes and build long-term client relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced face and body treatments to the highest clinical standards.
- Carry out detailed consultations and create bespoke treatment plans.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and outstanding customer care.
- Deliver treatments including:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Body Contouring
- Skin Tightening
- Cellulite Treatments
- RF Microneedling
- HIFU
- Advanced Hydrafacial Treatments
- LED Light Therapy
- Tattoo Removal
- Carbon Laser Facials
- Advanced Skin Rejuvenation
- Recommend appropriate homecare and treatment programmes.
- Work closely with the wider clinical team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate consultation notes and clinical records.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness and patient safety.
- Contribute positively towards clinic growth through excellent service, client retention and ethical treatment recommendations.
Comprehensive Training Programme
We understand that every clinic works differently.
That’s why every successful candidate completes a structured induction programme before treating clients independently.
Your first 2–3 weeks will focus on:
- Shadowing experienced practitioners.
- Learning our consultation process.
- Understanding our treatment protocols.
- Observing live treatments.
- Hands-on supervised practical training.
- Product knowledge.
- Clinical documentation.
- Health & safety procedures.
- Customer service excellence.
Only once you and our senior clinical team are completely confident will you begin treating your own clients.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is passionate about aesthetics, client care and continuous professional development.
Essential
- Level 5 qualification in Aesthetic Practice (or equivalent).
- Experience delivering advanced face and body treatments.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of client care and treatment planning.
- Professional, confident and motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexible to work across both clinic locations.
Highly Desirable
- Degree in Aesthetic Practice or related discipline.
- Level 6 or Level 7 aesthetic qualifications.
- Laser & Light qualification.
- Experience using advanced energy-based devices.
- Strong knowledge of skin physiology and anatomy.
- Commercial awareness with a consultative, ethical approach to recommending treatments.
