Site Fitting Assistant – Build Your Future with Westbury
Join a Team That Creates Exceptional Spaces
At Westbury, we don't just build garden rooms – we create beautiful, bespoke spaces that transform the way people live. For over 30 years, Westbury, together with our sister company Westbury Windows & Joinery, has been manufacturing and installing premium-quality garden rooms, roof lanterns, and bespoke timber windows and doors for clients across the UK and beyond.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Fitting Assistant to join our friendly installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to learn valuable trade skills while working on high-end projects.
We are particularly interested in candidates living in or around the Wickford / South Woodham Ferrers area to assist with shared travel arrangements.
Why This Could Be the Perfect Opportunity for You
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career, or someone looking for a fresh challenge where hard work and a positive attitude are valued above previous experience.
You don't need to be a qualified carpenter. What we're really looking for is someone who:
- Has a genuine desire to learn and develop new skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Is reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
- Is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Wants to build a long-term career with opportunities to progress
If you're eager to learn from experienced tradespeople and gain hands-on experience in a specialist industry, we'd love to hear from you.
