About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goalswhether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
Focus on doing what’s right for our memberswithout the pressure of sales targets.

Come and join our team in the Stockton branch. We are located directly on the high street and offer a face to face service, playing an integral part within our local community.

Daily tasks include serving counter transactions to completing savings meetings or outbound calls and helping our members access their savings online. We have a team in Stockton who are committed to offer great outcomes and create strong relationships with our members.

We pride ourselves on the support we offer our individuals with growth and development and along side daily tasks there will be plenty of opportunities to go above and beyond, growing not only professionally but also personally too. Working along side not only your other colleagues in Stockton but also the wide North East team and the network.About You
