As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to become an important part of our team.
The Role
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience in:
- Outbound sales
- Appointment setting
- Telesales
- Lead generation
- Customer service
- Call centres
You don't need renewable energy experience.
We'll teach you everything you need to know.
What we can't teach is:

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be speaking with homeowners who have:
- Requested information
- Enquired online
- Previously shown interest
- Asked for advice
- Downloaded information
Your role is not to hard sell.
Your role is to:
✔ Build rapport
✔ Ask good questions
✔ Understand their situation
✔ Create curiosity
✔ Help them understand the next step
✔ Book qualified appointments for our survey team
Every day you'll be helping people take the first step towards improving their home and reducing their energy costs.
