Event Day Chefs – Casual Role

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Event Day Chefs to join our fast-paced kitchen team. If you thrive under pressure, take pride in high-quality food, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing high-quality hot and cold dishes to specification, ensuring consistency and excellent presentation

Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet service demand

Collaborating with Front of House teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards at all times

Ensuring all food meets quality standards for taste, appearance, and portion control

Supporting stock management, including rotation, stock takes, and reducing waste

Completing all daily kitchen records and compliance checks

Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and fully compliant with hygiene regulations

What We’re Looking For

Food Hygiene Level 3 certification (essential)

Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment

Strong understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure

Great teamwork and communication skills

A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
