About ERE Property

ERE Property is a growing UK property investment company specialising in residential developments across major UK cities and international markets.

We work with investors globally to provide carefully structured property investment opportunities, combining strong rental demand locations with clear investment strategies and long-term growth potential.

As part of our continued growth, we are investing in a high-performance marketing strategy focused on increasing investor engagement, improving lead quality, and enhancing deal conversion. We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially minded SEO & Website Executive to join our marketing team and play a key role in driving qualified investor growth.

The Role

As our SEO & Website Executive, you will take ownership of SEO performance, website optimisation, and organic lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative side of digital marketing and is passionate about improving website performance and search visibility.

You will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, enhancing website user experience, and supporting the delivery of high-converting investor journeys.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping reduce reliance on paid advertising while strengthening long-term digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Organic Growth

Develop and implement the company’s SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities.
Improve rankings for agreed target keywords.
Carry out technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth.
Optimise existing website content for SEO performance.
Produce SEO briefs and recommendations for new content creation.

Website Management

Maintain and regularly update website content using WordPress.
Create and optimise landing pages to support marketing campaigns and investor conversion.
Improve website user experience and performance.
Monitor website functionality and identify areas for enhancement.
Manage website testing and continuous improvements.
Liaise with developers and external suppliers where required.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Produce monthly SEO and website performance reports.
Track keyword rankings and organic traffic growth.
Monitor website conversion performance and lead generation.
Report on SEO progress and recommend actions for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

SEO Performance

Achieve Top 10 rankings for agreed target keywords.
Deliver a 50% increase in organic website traffic within 12 months.
Generate a minimum of 5 qualified investor enquiries per month through SEO.

Website Performance

Ensure website content remains accurate and up to date.
Deliver landing pages within agreed deadlines.
Improve website conversion rates and user engagement.

Reporting

Deliver accurate monthly reporting on time.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in an SEO-focused role.
Strong knowledge of WordPress website management.
Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Basic understanding of HTML and technical SEO principles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.

Desirable Skills:

Experience within the property or investment sector.
CSS/HTML knowledge.
Experience using HubSpot.
Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
Exposure to Digital PR and link-building strategies.
