This job will not only allow the right person to deliver an outstanding customer experience but to also develop their own knowledge and expertise in a clinical field.

Through customer service excellence you will build a rapport with our customers giving them a bespoke service tailored to their needs.

You will provide care and assistance throughput the entire customer journey from booking and registration to helping choose the right options for the customers eyecare and hearing care. This role is both highly rewarding and hugely varied.

It is not necessary to have optical experience as full training and support is given from a highly motivated,welcoming team and a wealth of development programmes. Should you want to progress the opportunities are there for the right person.
