HR Opportunities

Location: Northampton, with flexible working

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pro rata

4 - 6 month fixed term contract with immediate start

Full Time 37.5 hours a week

Purpose of Role:

To provide support and guidance across the Northampton Hospital during a time of change. To advise on a best practice approach, whilst maintaining a pragmatic focus in line with the Charity’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to HR collegeagues and managers on activities across the Northampton Hospital ensuring activities are dealt with in an effective and timely manner.
To assist the HR Business Partner in development and implementation of the Charity’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
To work collaboratively as part of a wider HR team, to share knowledge and support development within the team.
Supporting HR team with employee relations issues and cases.
