The Reality of the Job
Some days are great.
Others are not.
- Winter: cold, wet, hands numb, working in the rain
- Summer: 30+ degrees wearing full PPE, sweating all day
- Physical work: lifting, moving, carrying, climbing
- You’ll get dirty. Tired. Tested.
If you don’t handle discomfort well, you won’t enjoy this.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pressure washing (patios, driveways, commercial areas)
- Window cleaning (water-fed pole)
- Gutter and roof cleaning
- Soft washing (render & cladding)
You’ll work at height (ladders, roofs, access equipment). If that’s not your thing, this won’t work.

What we offer
- Monday–Friday / working hours 7:30am–4:00pm
- Overtime available
- £110–£130 per day, depending on experience
- Pay increases as skills and responsibility grow. Career progression is available.

Training & Progression
- No experience needed — full training provided
- You’ll start with hands-on, in-house training, with the goal of progressing into running your own van and jobs independently
- Company-funded external certifications as you progress
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Aged 25+ (insurance requirement)
- Comfortable with manual, outdoor work
- Comfortable working in beautiful British weather - rain or hail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
