Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities and cleaning are conducted safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients alike.

Information

39 weeks term time plus 3 weeks deep cleaning

10 hours per week

£13.50 per hour

a morning shift of 6-8am monday-friday

Duties

Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations such as, COSSH and PPE.
Clean various different types of classrooms, offices and toilets.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Conduct various types of maintenance work around the site.
Undertake safety checks such as, legionella testing, fire alarms and general outside work.
Regular replenishment of stock around the site.

Skills

Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
Be able to undertake basic maintenance jobs varying across the site.
Sufficient in cleaning and the ability to adapt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
