Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiatic Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our friendly dental practice. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care while efficiently managing reception duties. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organisational skills and effective communication are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit
Assist with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and supporting dental procedures
Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and patient records with accuracy and organisation
Handle telephone enquiries professionally, providing information and booking appointments as needed
Maintain a clean and sterile environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Support the dental team with administrative tasks
Ensure effective communication between patients and dental practitioners to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements

Proven experience in patient care or nursing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Basic IT literacy to manage scheduling systems and electronic health records
