Job Overview
We produce some of the best magazines and events in the UK? Do you want to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic, growing events business? If the answer is no, then read no further, but for those that do...

We’re looking for a self-motivated, flexible person who can really communicate to join our events telesales team.

We want you to ideally have sales experience, be a team player, but with the ability to work on your own initiative; have computer experience and the ability to talk! Above all else, we’re looking for hard-working individuals with the right attitude to succeed.

Possible Hybrid role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

To meet, or exceed customers order expectations and company output requirements in relation to trade and autojumble event space sales.

Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards

achieving agreed targets.

Maximise exhibition space sales with pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate and

ethical sales methods to optimise quality of service, business growth, and
customer satisfaction.

Use customer and contact tools and systems, and update relevant information as

required.

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Record, analyse, and report on sales activities as required.
Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with

other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business
development.

To attend shows and exhibitions as part of the selling process.
To work at shows and exhibitions as part of the show organising team.

Qualifications

Ideally have previous sales experience - but we are looking for hard working individuals with the right attitude to succeed and grow in our business.
Have computer experience and the ability to talk!
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for sales and events.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
