Job Overview
We are seeking an emergency skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist/Barber, on a Thursday,Friday, Saturday we have just had two positions become available these are £150-£200 chairs and there is a client overflow that our other two fully booked barbers cannot keep up with. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling and barbering services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, we are looking for someone who can pick up our thriving walk in base and build their clientele

Duties

Provide professional hair styling and barbering services, including cuts, shaves, and colour treatments.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and products.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide innovative services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Self employed roll, you are held liable for your own taxe, insurances, etc
Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Join our team and contribute your talent to create stunning looks while providing an outstanding experience for our clients!
