Piper Windows are looking to hire a Full Time Office Administrator to join our team.
As a long-established family run business with an excellent reputation in the industry for over 40 years, we’ve built our success on great customer service, strong relationships, and a fantastic team culture. We’re now looking for the next person to become an integral part of that team.

Job Role:
- Being the friendly and professional first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Answering calls and emails with confidence.
- Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
- Supporting the management, sales, and operations teams with day-to-day administration.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Assisting with customer follow ups and ongoing communication.

Skills and aptitude required:
* Naturally friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to.
* Desire and ability to speak with people and build professional relationships.
* Organised and capable of managing several tasks at once.
* Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively.
* Professional, reliable, and highly motivated.
* Confident using basic IT systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
