Content Creator
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and proactive Content Creator to help capture and showcase the work we do across our brand and client projects.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves creating content, is constantly spotting opportunities for great footage, and takes pride in producing high-quality video and photos that stand out. We want someone who is hungry to improve, keen to push creative ideas, and focused on getting the absolute best out of every shoot.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture engaging photo and video content across onsite projects, events, and day-to-day operations
- Be proactive in identifying strong content opportunities as they happen
- Produce both regular required content and exciting weekly creative pieces
- Edit videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and internal use
- Create content optimised for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Schedule and post social media content across multiple platforms
- Use tools such as Canva to support content creation, graphics, thumbnails, social posts, and branded assets
- Work closely with the wider marketing, operations, and leadership teams to plan and deliver content
- Help shape content ideas collaboratively with the entire team to ensure the strongest possible output
- Maintain consistency in quality, branding, messaging, and storytelling across all output
- Help develop new content ideas, trends, and creative approaches
- Manage and organise footage, equipment, and project files efficiently
Requirements
- Strong passion for content creation and visual storytelling
- Confident using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
- Experience using different camera equipment, audio equipment, lighting setups, and mobile content tools
- Strong understanding of social media content and what performs well online
- Canva and basic graphic design skills
- Ability to work independently onsite and capture content without constant direction
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to notice small nuances in every shot that improve the final result and ensure the brand is always represented professionally
- Understanding of framing, lighting, composition, movement, background detail, and how small adjustments can make all the difference to content quality
- High standards when it comes to protecting and showcasing the brand properly through every piece of content
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple departments and personalities to always get the very best outcome
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and operational environments
- Full UK driving licence preferred as this will be an onsite role

Content and Privacy
This role involves capturing photo and video content of people, environments, and operations. All content must be created in line with company policies and data protection requirements.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
