Full job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a logistics office administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at our office in Bracknell. Whilst this is a fast paced and busy environment on occasions, we are a team who treat our staff like family.

Tremayne Distributions provides next and same day deliveries, as well as comprehensive logistics solutions, including warehouse storage.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering client emails and providing quotes in a timely but accurate manner.
Answering calls and dealing with general enquiries.
Sorting drivers delivery paperwork and ensuring accuracy.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Key qualities:

Good attention to detail.
Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word systems.
Keen willingness to learn about logistics / transport operations environment.
Prior logistics / transport experience would be advantageous but not essential.
A can-do attitude.
Well organised.
A friendly and fun disposition.
