Motor 4 U Ltd is a fast-growing automotive business specialising in prestige and Japanese imported vehicles.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly capable Accounts Assistant to join our team and work closely within the day-to-day running of the business.

This is an admin-focused role. We are looking for somebody with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts calmly and efficiently.

You do not need previous import experience — full training will be provided — however previous administration, operations, PA or coordination experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the accounts and administrative side of the vehicle import process
Managing invoices, customs charges, shipping costs and supplier payments
Handling shipping documentation, customs paperwork and NOVA preparation
Coordinating vessel arrivals, ETAs and transport logistics
Organising vehicle files and maintaining accurate internal records
Booking IVA tests and preparing supporting documentation
Updating stock locations and operational systems
Monitoring invoices, port fees and customs charges to ensure deadlines are met
Supporting the wider sales and operations team with administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate

Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
Confident working under pressure and managing deadlines
Strong communication and email-writing skills
Comfortable learning technical operational processes
Previous logistics, automotive, imports or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential
A positive team player with a willingness to learn
