- Managing driver licence checks and insurance updates.
- Ensuring daily vehicle inspections are completed and recorded.
Keeping the office running
- Managing office supplies and stationery.
- Coordinating & attending meetings, and taking minutes where required.
- Liaising with contractors and supporting building maintenance.
- Acting as a central point of contact for departments across the business.
- Providing administrative support wherever it's needed.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an Office Manager, HR Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with people at all levels.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Has knowledge of Health & Safety administration (desirable).
You'll be someone who enjoys making things happen, solving problems before they become issues, and supporting colleagues across the business. You'll be approachable, reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves whenever needed.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy being part of a friendly team where everyone works together to get the job done!
