Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing property sales and lettings, engaging with clients, and facilitating smooth transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen understanding of the property market. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within the real estate sector, offering valuable experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide suitable property options.
Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales or lettings process.
Negotiate offers between clients and landlords or vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, viewings, and negotiations using organisational systems.
Assist in marketing properties through various channels to maximise exposure.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and updating listings.

Requirements

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage for serving a broader client base.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
A confident negotiator with a professional demeanour.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
