Pentagon Motor Group are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy, highly motivated, Sales Administration Hub at our Scunthorpe Dealership.

What Will You Be Doing?

Every day duties will include:

Working closely with the Sales Consultants and processing all relevant paperwork for sold vehicles including, Purchase paperwork, Registration and Licensing documentation, and Finance Contracts.
Maintaining accurate sales department records and systems.
Ensuring all documentation is stored, processed and archived in accordance with Pentagon Motor Group Policies and Procedures.
Adhering to GDPR policies.
Supporting other team members in their duties.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm.

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate MUST ;

Have previous experience working in an Administration role.
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be highly organised and take a methodical approach to their workload.
Demonstrate good computer skills and work to a high level of accuracy.
Be able to build and maintain good working relationships.
Show a positive, can-do attitude.

Previous experience working in a Sales Administration role would be advantageous for this role.
