Job Summary

Goldin Construction is a trusted, rapidly growing SME based in Brighton. We specialise in high-quality commercial property maintenance, planned refurbishments, and reactive multi-trade services across London and the Southeast.

We pride ourselves on efficiency, great client relationships, and excellent workmanship. As our project pipeline expands, we are looking for an experienced, adaptable, and reliable Multi-Trader to join our team.

The Role

As a Multi-Trader, no two days will look the same. You will be traveling across key commercial sites in London and the Southeast to deliver top-tier reactive and planned maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and small-scale fit-outs.
Utilise your core strengths across multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, decorating, or groundworks).
Liaise professionally with clients and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Log completed works efficiently using our streamlined digital company portals and reporting apps.
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Multi-Trade Experience: Strong skills in a primary trade, with good competence across supporting trades (carpentry, tiling, decorating, etc.).
Problem Solvers: An eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel between regional sites, with the flexibility to undertake occasional night shifts when required by commercial clients.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps/portals for logging jobs and completing site sheets.
Professionalism: Excellent communication skills—you’ll be the face of the company on-site.
Essentials: A valid UK driving licence. Own van & tools
