About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Management Assistant to support our Project Managers with the day-to-day administration of electrical contracting projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, liaising with clients and suppliers, and assisting with general office administration.

Key Responsibilities Project Administration

Assist Project Managers with the administration of multiple electrical projects.
Prepare, issue, and maintain project documentation.
Update project trackers, schedules, and records.
Monitor project correspondence and ensure documents are filed correctly.
Assist with compiling operation and maintenance manuals and handover documentation.

General Administration

Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally.
Manage diaries, meetings & appointments for Project Managers
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.

Client and Supplier Coordination

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project documentation and scheduling.
Process purchase orders and assist with invoice administration.
Maintain records of quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Follow up on outstanding information and documentation.

Skills and Experience Essential

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
High level of attention to detail.
