We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?

As a receptionist you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable moments, spark joy, and make every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you’re not just welcoming guests, you are crafting personalised experiences that make them feel at home, relaxed, and truly valued.

You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Working closely with our passionate Front Office team, you will be in the centre of the action being connected, informed, and empowered to deliver a consistent and excelling standout service.
This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business. Typical shifts are 7.00am - 3.30pm and 2.00pm - 10.30pm.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with Opera is highly desirable.
