Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Assistant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and supervising staff to uphold our high standards of service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, streamline processes, and support the overall success of the hotel. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest services, ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and standards
Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any service issues promptly to maximize satisfaction
Support human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the property
Collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements and enhance guest experiences
Ensure compliance with health regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests and staff
Prior hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hospitality operations is essential
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
