Job Type: Full-Time, working from our on site office.

J D M Garage is a leading automotive company in the UK, dedicated to providing top-quality standard and aftermarket car parts and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Car Parts Sales Advisor / eCommerce Assistant.

Job Summary:

As a Car Parts Sales Advisor / eCommerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service through our online & telephone channels. You will be responsible for helping to manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, responding to customer enquiries, and providing product information to ensure a seamless customer experience. Working closely as a small knit team, sometimes overlapping responsibilities & tasks. As well as uploading and updating products on our website.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, including product listings, inventory, and orders
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers
Process orders and ensure timely dispatch of products
Requirements:
Experience in car parts sales and an excellent knowledge of car parts
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic computer skills and experience with eCommerce platforms ((Excel/ Photoshop/ Magneto 2 / Sage 200 desirable)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
