Working directly with end users and Facilities Management providers, we specialise in refurbishment, replacement, upgrade, modification and new installation projects within occupied commercial and industrial environments.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Building Services to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of projects across multiple client sites.

Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of Building Services projects across multiple client sites. The role encompasses the management of mechanical and electrical projects from contract award through to final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Unlike traditional project management positions focused on a single contract, this role requires the management of multiple concurrent projects, often at different stages of delivery. The successful candidate will be capable of balancing operational, commercial and client requirements across a varied portfolio of works.
Projects typically include:
- Plant room refurbishments and upgrades
- Boiler replacement projects
- Chiller replacement projects
- HVAC and air conditioning installations
- VRF/VRV systems
- Mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades
- Large-scale pipework replacement programmes
- Refurbishment and modification works
- Energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects
Key Duties:
- Project Delivery: Manage project lifecycles from initial brief and design through procurement, installation, and final handover.
- Schedule and Financial Control: Oversee project timescales, budgets, manage cost forecasting, process variations, and approve contractor valuations.
- Design Coordination: Review design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and building regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary project teams, chair progress meetings, and mentor junior team members.
- Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve commercial, operational on-site engineering challenges and project delays.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all operations and installations meet health, safety, environmental and quality
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record managing building services projects.
- Experience of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS) project delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and customer facing delivery.
- A growth mindset for both the business and their personal development.
- The discipline to follow processes and code of ethics strictly, whilst being accountable for any non- conformances that may arise within the business.
- Working and communicating to Company goals – health and safety, quality, commitment to ESG at heart, with knowledge and commitment of the respective ISO standards (9001/ 14001/ 45001).
- The belief in conducting business where people and places matter, embracing sustainability whilst balancing profit and purpose in order to leave the world a better place through our actions.
Desirable
- Qualifications: Relevant degree (e.g., Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. CIBSE, CIOB, or Prince2).
