Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a solid understanding of anatomy to effectively guide clients through personalised reformer Pilates sessions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire clients, improve their physical wellbeing, and promote a healthy lifestyle within a professional studio environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and safe reformer Pilates classes tailored to diverse client needs and fitness levels
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure correct technique and minimise injury risk
Assess clients' abilities and develop customised workout plans to optimise results
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance their practice
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through continuous professional development
Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction

Experience

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, preferably specialising in Pilates or similar modalities
Demonstrated ability to teach group classes as well as personalised training sessions
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics relevant to Pilates exercises
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients effectively
Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant industry bodies is required
Prior experience working with diverse client groups is advantageous

Pay: £22.00-£35.00 per day
