Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Gymnastics Coach to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, fostering a positive environment for gymnasts to develop their skills, and ensuring safety standards are maintained at all times.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sports coaching and teaching to contribute to the growth and success of our gymnastics programme.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics coaching sessions tailored to various skill levels.
Provide personalised feedback and guidance to gymnasts to support their progress.
Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages confidence and teamwork among participants.
Assist with organising competitions, displays, and special events as required.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop programme content and improve coaching techniques.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of equipment and training areas.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly within gymnastics or similar disciplines.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire gymnasts of diverse ages and abilities.
recognised Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching qualification or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Commitment to safeguarding standards and promoting a positive sporting environment.
A passion for sports coaching, teaching, and athlete development. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young athletes through expert coaching and mentorship.

Pay: £18.95-£25.00 per hour
