Voids & Lettings Coordinator

We’re looking for people with strong organisational and customer service skills, who can manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors and partners.
About the role
You’ll play a central role in coordinating the voids and lettings process, helping ensure homes are ready, compliant and let quickly to those in need.
In this role, you will:
· Coordinate voids process for empty homes
· Monitor works progress and contractor performance
· Respond to customer and partner enquiries
· Support lettings process and property allocations
· Maintain accurate financial and operational records
· Liaise with housing, asset and finance teams
· Manage sign-ups and tenancy documentation
· Update systems and performance information

About you
To be successful, you’ll be/have:
· Housing qualification or equivalent housing services experience
· Experience in housing or landlord services environments
· Experience managing customer enquiries across multiple channels
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Experience handling operational and financial data systems
· Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Experience working with partners and external organisations

Our offer to you
Salary: £27,018
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Base: Hybrid working - working from office, home, site and in the community as needed. Your base will be our main office in Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL31 2FR. This role requires you to typically work from the office at least 1-2 day/s per week, sometimes including attendance at short notice.

Safeguarding
