About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Operations Operative to join our IT Recycling team. If you enjoy working with technology, taking things apart, fixing them, and ensuring nothing goes to waste—this role is built for you.
You’ll support the processing, refurbishment, and recycling of IT equipment, helping us deliver sustainable technology solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling incoming IT equipment (unloading, checking, recording)
- Working with internal systems to track assets
- Carrying out data wiping and refurbishment processes
- Testing and diagnosing IT hardware
- Repairing and dismantling equipment
- Preparing items for resale or recycling
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping
