Studio3 Recruitment is expanding, and with new clients, major contracts and a reputation for industry‑leading standards across Scotland, we’re now looking for a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our East Kilbride office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves building relationships, and has a genuine passion for hospitality and people.
What you’ll be doing
Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for hospitality roles: FOH, BOH, Chefs, Events, Stadia, Care‑Group Catering.
Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates — the Studio3 way: warm, professional, people‑first.
Coordinating bookings, schedules and placements across Scotland.
Sourcing, interviewing and onboarding high‑calibre hospitality talent.
Supporting new business opportunities and contributing to Studio3’s continued growth.
What we’re looking for
Experience in hospitality or recruitment (both ideal, but not essential).
A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people all day.
Someone organised, proactive and able to manage multiple moving parts.
A positive, can‑do attitude — Studio3 is built on energy, standards and teamwork.
Ability to work from our East Kilbride office with occasional travel to client sites.
