Main Duties:

Carry out cleaning duties as instructed
Complete opening,during and closing checklists
Complete relevant daily paperwork including fridge temperatures and food record temperatures
Carry out replenishment tasks i.e. refilling fridges,re-stocking,prepping
Help receive deliveries
Sign relevant training sheets
Cooking of food
Back section cooking
Working on the pass
Leading a team
Working orders from overheads
Vent cleaning
Record Wastage
Communicating with front of house colleagues and other staff members
Any additional instructions given by senior colleagues

Responsibilities:

Carry out all duties as trained.
Follow all policies and procedures as trained.
Ensure all paperwork that you are responsible for is correctly completed.
Always adhere to all Health and Safety legislation.
Always adhere to all Food and Hygiene legislation.
Always adhere to all Food Allergy legislation
Always adhere to Emergency Evacuation and or Lockdown procedures.
To report any incidents and accidents to management straight away.
You must be always clean and tidy in your appearance.
Develop a good working relationship between your colleagues and management.
Cleanliness of the kitchen
