Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling to site carrying out repairs to various items to a high standard .This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong eye for detail and good communication skills to contribute to our organisation’s success. The Repair Technician will work within the housing industry , requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties

following detailed lists from site agents .
Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently to minimise downtime
using a range of fillers and paints
making sure company vehicle is road safe and stock is maintained
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding repair status and technical issues
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts utilised
Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all tasks
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repair schedules and minimise operational disruptions

Experience

Proven experience in cosmetic repair, maintenance, or related technical roles is preferred
Practical knowledge of construction painting techniques is advantageous but not essential
Valid driving licence is essential.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication within the team and with clients
Strong communication skills are essential for explaining technical issues clearly and effectively
Prior experience working in environments requiring adherence to health and safety standards is beneficial
