Full job description

Contract Recovery Solutions Limited are an established recovery business who specialise in the strategy, management and recovery of contractual and corporate debt - with the added specialism of recoveries in the construction industry.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially minded Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director to drive the business forward through appointment setting and prospecting along with email marketing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be confident on the telephone, and have strong interpersonal skills. The individual will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company’s marketing efforts.

Applicants should be professional, personable, and driven, with the confidence to engage with senior professionals and help grow the business through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Direct sales outreach to Insolvency Practitioners via email and telephone
Chasing and qualifying leads from the Gazette and other sources
Appointment setting for the Managing Director
Researching and identifying new clients and business opportunities
Maintaining regular communication with existing clients
Assisting with LinkedIn marketing and content creation
Supporting email marketing campaigns
Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
Onboarding new jobs
General executive and administrative support as required

Skills & Experience Required

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Confident in sales outreach and relationship building
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and social media content creation
Basic understanding of email marketing campaigns
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Previous experience in business development, executive assistance, sales, or marketing preferred
