For our team at Amada Weldtech Ltd. in Mildenhall, we are looking for a Logistics Administrator.

In this broad and challenging role you will assist our Purchasing, Production and Logistics Manager with the following:

Processing product orders within our ERP system, (InforLN).
Creation of job folders, and collation of all relative information.
Placing of purchases orders.
Progressing of purchase orders.
Updating purchase information on our ERP system.
Preparation of dispatch notes.
Booking couriers.
Loading Sales Orders onto our ERP system.
Receiving goods on our ERP system.
Picking of small parts from stores for dispatch.
Clearing imports through customs (IPR for repairs and upgrades; OPR on USA repairs; Ordinary import of purchases from overseas countries)
Intercompany purchases at Europe and USA
BOD returns (to satisfy HMRC) (discharging the IPR and OPR)
Double check the sales order folders attempting to eliminate errors like: wrong currency, VAT on orders where not applicable, watching for value errors

Your profile:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Structured way of working, good communication skills and ability to work independently
Hands on experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word in particular)
A team player with high level of dedication
Knowledge of an ERP system (ideally InforLN) would be an advantage, however, training will be given.

Pay: £27,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
