Full job description

Commercial Property Administration Assistant, Part Time Chichester office

This is a new part time role offering approximately 22.5 hours per week, ideally spread over 5 or 4 days. We’re open to discussing flexibility and alternative arrangements for the right person.

Our friendly and hard working team are looking for someone to join as administration support to the department. The successful candidate will provide efficient and timely support across a wide range of general office tasks contributing to the success of the Commercial Property department. Provision of full administration support to include but not limited to:

Audio typing
Collate correspondence and enclosures
Scanning, Photocopying and accurate Filing on behalf of the team as required, including incoming and outgoing post
Document retrievals when required in connection with matters/enquiries and returning to store
Scanning documents on to database
File opening, archiving and retrieval
Supporting file management both physical files and online
Using Microsoft, Outlook and Linetime CMS
Use of 3rd party online platforms
Assisting clients by phone/e-mail/in person

Direct legal experience is not essential however prior office administration or computer-based experience would be beneficial, particularly Microsoft and Outlook. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Pay: £14,040.00-£16,088.00 per year
