What’s this role all about?

We are looking for someone to join our Factory team to work in the Packing areas.

In Packing, working on the machine that packs:

Our chocolate bars into their box
Our chocolate buttons and truffles into the bags
Our mini-bars of chocolate.
You will pack by hand chocolate truffles and our handmade chocolates into their final packaging boxes to go to the customer.
Follow H&S procedures.

You will have:

Good physical stamina
Be able to stand for long periods of time in one place, working at our different packing stations/machines
Be able to lift 15kg
Be reliable
Be flexible to work in all areas
Have good hand co-ordination
Be methodical and thorough
Work quickly and efficiently
Work well with your team members
Have English Level 2
Ideally have manufacturing experience or working in a Factory environment, but this is not essential as we will train and teach you everything, you need to know!

Our shifts are typically Monday – Thursday, 39 hours per week, 9 hours 45 minutes per shift, starting at 7am - 5.15pm.

During busy times, you will need to be able to work Fridays, longer hours in the week and different hours and shifts.

You need to be flexible to work these shifts and able to get to us - we are at PO20 7BT, Birdham Business Park.
