Full job description

ROLE PURPOSE:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of content creation, social media, and marketing platforms, who is comfortable working across multiple channels to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Full Time pay rate is £28,0000 to be pro-rated based on hours working.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create engaging marketing assets using Canva, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Manage and update website content through WordPress, including landing pages and blog posts
Develop, write, and publish high-quality blog content aligned with marketing campaigns and SEO best practices
Plan, schedule, and manage digital content across social media platforms
Maintain a consistent company voice and adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
Assist with CRM and marketing automation activities using HubSpot
Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements where necessary

Skills & Experience:

Experience using Canva for digital content creation
Working knowledge of WordPress website editing and content management
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
Awareness of brand voice and ability to adapt tone across different channels
Experience or familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
Understanding of email marketing principles and campaign execution
Experience scheduling and managing digital media content
Strong blog writing and content creation skills
Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Desirable

Basic understanding of SEO principles
Experience analysing marketing performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
