Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista and All Rounder to join our team at Rosarios. Candidates need to be available a minimum of 1 year. This role is vital in ensuring our customers enjoy a memorable experience through excellent service and quality beverages. Join us in bringing a touch of Italy to our local community.
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages according to company standards.
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the cafe.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
Handle cash register operations and transactions accurately.
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills to handle busy service periods.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
