Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Quality Controller to join our busy QC Department. About the Role

As a Quality Controller you would work as part of a friendly team to ensure all products meet the required quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Using a tablet to record accurate information
Working with Quality Control Instruments
Checking label information is correct
Communicating with relevant departments
Collating and assessing audits
Sampling and taste testing many varieties of fruit from around the globe
Prioritising workload
Using Manual Handling Equipment
Ensuring food safety and legislation is complied with
You will be given full and ongoing training and support

What We're Looking For

Strong people management and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Confident using basic production systems and documentation
Flexible approach to working late and night shift when needed
Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, or similar food safety standards
Desirable experience within food production or FMCG

Working Hours

This shift is 5 out of 7 days including weekend work fortnightly, working hours are 6am – 3pm, however flexibility is required to work late shift and nights due to business needs
