Contract: Professional Services, Production & Technology

Location: Edinburgh, EH3 8BR

Hours of work: 25

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: £14.80

The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas within a professional office environment.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for completing key cleaning tasks while helping to create a safe, pleasant, and productive workplace for clients and employees.

The Role

Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitisation of all surfaces and associated areas within the workplace.
Clean all fixtures, fittings, and high-touch points to maintain a hygienic environment.
Perform detailed cleaning of all washrooms and related facilities.
Vacuum all internal areas to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.
Undertake spot cleaning and periodic deep cleaning of floors, carpets, and upholstery.
Maintain internal glazing to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
Clean and maintain all back-of-house areas.
Maintain external terrace areas to ensure they remain clean and presentable.
Manage recycling and waste processes, including emptying, segregation, weighing, and disposal.

About You

Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
High standard of personal presentation.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Strong teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently within set schedules and deadlines.
Reliable and punctual, always ready to start work on time.
