Full job description

Do you have experience in a sales or customer service role?

Are you confident in your ability to generate new business in a target driven environment?

Are you hard-working, positive and organised?

Goadsby are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Negotiator to complement our successful Residential Sales teams in Winchester.

You will receive:

- a competitive basic salary plus commission

- full training in a supportive and rewarding environment

- the opportunity for career progression whilst learning from our experienced sales team.

As a Sales Negotiator you will:

- play a key part in helping buyers to find the right property

- work with your vendors providing support throughout the sales process

- be involved in initial marketing, generating and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

The successful applicant will:

- be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure

- be resilient and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A full driving licence is essential.
