Head Door Supervisor – Revolution, Cambridge
£18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | Up to 20 Hours Per Week
Bridgegate Security is recruiting an experienced Head Door Supervisor to lead the security operation at Revolution, one of Cambridge's leading late-night venues.
This is a key leadership role within a busy, well established venue. We are looking for a confident and professional individual who can lead from the front, work closely with venue management, and maintain the high standards expected by both the client and Bridgegate Security.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established operation within a recognised venue brand and become an integral part of the management team.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading and managing the door team on shift
- Maintaining high standards of entry control, searches, and customer interaction
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the security team and venue management
- Managing queues and overall front-of-house flow
- Completing incident reports and ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely
- Driving standards, professionalism, and team performance
- Supporting the welfare, development, and accountability of the security team
What You'll Get

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Previous experience as a Head Door Supervisor or strong Deputy ready to step up
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional, organised, and reliable approach
- Experience working within busy late-night venues
- Confidence dealing with customers, management, and security personnel
- Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
