Full job description

At Small Talk Nurseries Telford, TF4 2ET, we have a vacancy available for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to provide SEN 1:1 support.

The role's hours are between 8-10 hours, one or 2 days a week term-time only.

The role will entail providing support to SEN children in the setting, ensuring their educational, physical and emotional needs are met.

This excellent job opportunity will include:

Providing high quality care and education to young children
Working closely with outside agencies and parents to ensure the needs of the children are being met
Ensure children have access to a plethora of learning opportunities

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and 2 valid up to date references.
