Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across various trades to support construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, and fabrication. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional eager to utilise their diverse skills in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid and suitable for individuals committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

Undertake carpentry tasks such as framing, finishing, and installing fixtures
Conduct roofing repairs and installations with attention to safety and quality standards
Perform construction painting to prepare surfaces and ensure aesthetic finishes
Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in line with project specifications
Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes
Assist with electrical tasks such as wiring, conduit installation, and troubleshooting (where qualified)
Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently across various trades
Fabricate custom components or structures as required for projects
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements

Proven experience across multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, or fabrication
Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to various trades
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures within construction environments
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are preferred but not essential if demonstrated experience is substantial
A valid UK driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory
