Digital Marketing Executive

We will consider an experienced professional or someone embarking on their digital marketing career with the drive and ambition to learn, develop and grow in the role

Carlton Packaging is an extremely well-established business that specialises in the design and supply of smart packaging materials for fulfilment operations across Europe. The company’s core business is within the ecommerce industry supplying corrugated board and consumables, aiming to supply an all-in-one solution to the end user.

With over 25 years of consistent, quality design and supply to organisations throughout Europe we work with our fulfilment clients to reduce packaging costs, reduce packaging waste, and increase packaging process speed. In an ever-evolving marketplace we’ll really ensure that we are smarter for business, people, and the planet.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, management, and analysis to contribute to our company's growth and success.

You will be a confident communicator, with great creativity, and time-management skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and meeting strict deadlines.

Your success will depend on your enthusiastic and ambitious approach to get the best for Carlton Packaging.

You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, communicating effectively at all levels within the business and marketing partners

You will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

You will bring experience with UI/UX design principles, knowledge of marketing automation tools and basic video editing or motion graphics skills.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Creating and managing high-quality digital content for campaigns, including website pages, blogs, landing pages, and promotional updates using WordPress.
Uploading, editing, and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency.
Coordinating weekly social media content aligned to campaign activity and website updates.
Planning and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Managing campaigns across the website, email, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to objectives.
Project managing all campaigns from concept through to launch and post-campaign review.
Writing quality content to match the brief for the campaign.
Ensuring social media content matches up with the campaigns weekly.
Overseeing the brief given to the designers to ensure brand identity is adhered to.
Reporting on ROI for all our campaigns/Task
Devising campaign timeline and schedules
Making sure all photos are up to date when the product and descriptions arrives on order smart.
Assisting the graphic designer with Marketing presentations, Internal Newsletters internal marketing. Assist the marketing team develop the layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports/Presentations
Working with Head of Marketing and digital agency to renew and update website platforms
