Salary: £16,200 pro rated (27,000 Full Time Equivalent) plus generous company benefits

The Role
As House Services Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Oxygen House - delivering a warm, professional front-of-house service, while supporting the smooth delivery of events, activities and workplace initiatives that make our environment feel exceptional. This role is perfect for someone seeking predictable part-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues
- Maintain a visible and responsive presence in the building, ensuring front-of-house standards remain consistently high
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events and activities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visits and events run smoothly
- Bring forward ideas to continuously improve the workplace experience
- Assist with sourcing suppliers and supporting sustainable operational practices
- Contribute to projects and initiatives led by the Head of House
- About you
You will bring:

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Confident communicator, able to build great relationships.

- Competence in Microsoft Office
