Full job description

About The Role

We are looking for reliable and customer-focused 3.5T Delivery Technicians / Drivers to join our growing team.

This is more than just a driving role — you will be responsible for delivering, positioning, and assisting with the installation of high-value commercial equipment at customer sites across the UK. You will work as part of a minimum of a two-person crew, ensuring every delivery is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out multi-drop deliveries using a 3.5T vehicle
Assist with installation, positioning, and basic setup of equipment
Provide a first-class customer experience at every delivery
Load and unload goods safely, following correct manual handling procedures
Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
Follow planned delivery routes and schedules efficiently
Accurately complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer sign-off
Maintain communication with the office regarding progress, delays, or issues
Represent the company professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

Full UK driving licence (Category B – 3.5T)
Experience driving 3.5T vehicles (preferred but not essential)
Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting is part of the role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Practical mindset – experience with equipment, installations, or site work is advantageous
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience in delivery & installation roles (e.g., catering equipment, appliances, furniture)
CSCS card or site experience
Basic technical or mechanical understanding
